Find Your Calm and Happiness from Within
Join Suzanne for a relaxed, six-week mindfulness meditation classes designed to help you build a simple and meaningful meditation practice. Each class is a invitation to pause, breathe, and discover the quiet wisdom that lives within you. Together, we explore the art of mindfulness through weekly themes — the breath that grounds us, the body that anchors us, the emotions that colour our experience, the thoughts that arise and pass, and the subtle awareness that weaves it all together with compassion for self and others. You’ll also learn how to carry this mindful presence into the rhythm of your everyday life. Each class begins with a nurturing teaching on the week’s theme, followed by guided meditations that calm the mind and open the heart. There’s always time for questions or sharing your thoughts, so you never feel alone on the journey. We also include some heart-centred practices like loving-kindness and joy meditations to help you feel more connected and peaceful. Classes usually happen on the same day and time each week to keep things easy and consistent. If you want to know when the next class is, just reach out to Suzanne through the contact page to check availability. Want to hear what others think? "Working with Suzanne has been truly life changing. I took a course of one and one meditation classes with Suzanne in November and her passion and dedication was so inspiring, she's an incredible woman and I have learnt so much from her. Her kindness and teachings have had a profound affect on me, my life and my family and I'll be forever grateful, I have so much more peace in my life now. I would recommend her to anyone, I know you will absolutely gain something amazing from her. I will be continuing my journey with her this year and I can't wait to see the further transformation." - Sinead, Google Business Review
"I really enjoyed doing the mindfulness with Suzanne and would highly recommend it. It has opened my mind and heart to a whole new inner strength. I find myself in times of stress going "hold on a minute, deep breath" like Suzanne taught us. Suzanne has been a great teacher, full of information and poems. I loved the poem by Rumi called 'The Guest House', which I never heard before. Suzanne's wit and calm voice made meditation very easy for me. I loved the different themes for meditation every week. It made it easier for practising on my own, which meditation I may be in need of more." - Shirley, Google Business Review
