Sometimes, the first step toward feeling better is simply knowing support is available — and it is. Suzanne offers 1-hour one-to-one counselling and therapy sessions online via Zoom for adults (aged 18+), welcoming both men and women with warmth and compassion. To begin, you're invited to arrange a free, no-obligation consultation through the contact page — a gentle space to explore what you need. Whether you're navigating mild to moderate stress or anxiety, low mood, self-esteem challenges, or difficulties with assertiveness, Suzanne is here to listen and walk alongside you. Drawing from a person-centred approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based skills, and other therapeutic practices, each session is thoughtfully tailored to you. You’ll be met with kindness, respect, and encouragement — and together, you’ll find ways to move forward with greater ease, clarity and confidence.

Find Your Calm and Happiness from Within 

Join Suzanne for a relaxed, six-week mindfulness meditation classes designed to help you build a simple and meaningful meditation practice. Each class is a invitation to pause, breathe, and discover the quiet wisdom that lives within you. Together, we explore the art of mindfulness through weekly themes — the breath that grounds us, the body that anchors us, the emotions that colour our experience, the thoughts that arise and pass, and the subtle awareness that weaves it all together. You’ll also learn how to carry this mindful presence into the rhythm of your everyday life. Each class begins with a nurturing teaching on the week’s theme, followed by guided meditations that calm the mind and open the heart. There’s always time for questions or sharing your thoughts, so you never feel alone on the journey.  We also include some heart-centred practices like loving-kindness and joy meditations to help you feel more connected and peaceful. Classes usually happen on the same day and time each week to keep things easy and consistent. Ready to deepen your mindfulness journey?

These classes are designed for those who have already experienced the 6-week introduction to mindfulness meditation or anyone eager to enrich their practice and continue receiving gentle guidance and support. Each class opens with a thoughtful teaching on the week’s theme, leading into soothing guided meditations that invite wisdom and presence. There’s always time to share reflections or ask questions, creating a warm, supportive space for growth. Throughout the weeks, we may explore heartfelt themes such as releasing limiting beliefs, embracing self-compassion through the RAIN practice, opening to compassion for others, practicing forgiveness—both for self and others—cultivating gratitude and generosity, working skilfully with pain and trauma, understanding impermanence and grief, navigating conflict and anger, breaking free from harmful habits, and finding equanimity and peace. Step gently into this ongoing journey of mindfulness, where each moment becomes a doorway to deeper awareness and kindness. Join Suzanne at Barberstown Castle, Straffan, Co. Kildare on Saturday 26 April from 10am to 2.30pm.  With every day busy-ness and demands, Suzanne will guide you through this informative day of de-stressing, unwinding and connecting, gentle mindful movement, relaxing guided meditations and motivational mindset talk by Guest Speaker Alan PC Kenna, NLP Mindset and Success Coach, to inspire and motivate us in setting those wellbeing goals! 


There will be plenty of time for Q&As, reflecting and/or sharing, and for an investment of €80 this wellbeing day also includes refreshments and a delicious light lunch in the  beautiful surroundings of historic Barberstown Castle.  Places are limited, so please book asap to avoid disappointment!
