Tranquility Wellbeing is a psychology-led wellbeing service that supports and empowers adult individuals through the pressures, transitions and emotional ups and downs that are part of modern life. The services provided focus on stress and anxiety management, low mood, confidence, self-esteem, and assertive communication, helping individuals build resilience, clarity and a stronger sense of wellbeing in both life and work.
Founded by Suzanne Hughes (M.Ps.S.I., M.Sc., BA Hons), Tranquility Wellbeing brings together evidence-based psychology and mindfulness in a way that is practical, grounded and compassionate. Suzanne is an applied psychologist and certified mindfulness teacher with a strong background in public sector psychology services and research, including published work and conference presentations. She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Dublin Business School. She completed her mindfulness teacher training through the renowned two-year MMTCP by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, accredited by the Awareness Training Institute, Sounds True, and UC, Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.
Suzanne specialises in supporting busy professionals and business leaders who want to navigate pressure with greater calm, focus and confidence, while sustaining success and wellbeing. Through online one-to-one wellbeing sessions, mindfulness meditation classes, bespoke workplace workshops and retreats, she helps individuals and organisations perform at their best while leading and living with more ease, with an ethos of Less Striving, More Thriving!

With a warm, down-to-earth approach, she offers personalised support to help you navigate pressure, build resilience, and make clearer, more confident decisions, all delivered with insight, discretion and approachable presence.
