This six-week Introduction to Mindfulness programme is designed for busy individuals who want a practical way to slow the mind, reduce stress and develop greater clarity without adding pressure or complexity to an already full schedule. Guided by Suzanne, the course offers a structured yet gentle approach to building a sustainable mindfulness practice that supports both professional effectiveness and personal wellbeing.


Each weekly session focuses on a simple, relevant theme, working with the breath to steady attention, reconnecting with the body to reduce tension, understanding emotions under pressure, relating differently to unhelpful thinking patterns, and developing a broader, more compassionate awareness. Sessions combine short, accessible teaching with guided mindfulness practices that help calm the nervous system and improve focus. You’ll also learn how to bring mindful presence into everyday moments such as meetings, decision-making, difficult conversations and transitions between work and home.


The tone of the classes is supportive, practical and down-to-earth, with space for reflection or questions if helpful, but no expectation to share. Alongside core mindfulness skills, the course introduces compassion-based practices that support emotional balance, resilience and connection,  both with yourself and others. Deepen Your Practice. Strengthen Your Capacity to Lead and Live with ease

This six-week mindfulness course is designed for busy individuals who have completed the Introduction to Mindfulness, or who already have an established mindfulness practice and would like to deepen their skills with ongoing guidance and structure. It offers a steady, supportive space to refine attention, strengthen emotional regulation and cultivate greater clarity amid ongoing demands.


Each session begins with a focused teaching on a relevant theme, followed by guided mindfulness practices that support presence, insight and nervous system balance. The emphasis is on applying mindfulness in real life, responding skilfully to pressure, difficult emotions, conflict, habits and uncertainty, both at work and home. Participants are welcome to reflect or ask questions, sharing is optional, creating a respectful and psychologically safe environment.


Over the course of the course, themes may include working with unhelpful patterns and limiting beliefs, developing self-compassion using the RAIN framework, cultivating compassion for others, navigating conflict and anger with awareness, relating more wisely to pain, stress and trauma, understanding change, loss and impermanence, forgiveness and strengthening qualities such as gratitude and equanimity. Sessions typically run at the same time and day each week, supporting consistency without adding complexity.
