You’re invited to begin with a complimentary, no-obligation consultation by contacting Suzanne to have a relaxed conversation to explore what support might be most helpful for you. These sessions provide supportive, focused time to work through challenges such as ongoing stress, anxiety, low mood, confidence or self-doubt, boundary-setting, or feeling overwhelmed. Suzanne’s approach is warm, practical and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based psychology frameworks, mindfulness-based tools and reflective coaching techniques. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, offering space to gain perspective, strengthen resilience and move forward with greater clarity, balance and confidence, both personally and professionally.

Tranquility Wellbeing provides private and confidential one-to-one psychology sessions and mindfulness meditation courses via zoom, a secure and encrypted platform from the privacy, comfort and convenience of your own home or office.  These bookings are also a great way to expand on wellbeing workshops or retreat experiences in a more in-depth and individually focussed way. 


Please ensure that you have reliable WIFI, and preferably a quiet, private place where you won’t be disturbed during your session.
