Suzanne Hughes (M.Ps.S.I., M.Sc., BA Hons) founded Tranquility Wellbeing in 2023 to help others manage life’s emotional ups and downs through mental health and wellbeing support. With a strong background in psychology and mindfulness, Suzanne brings years of experience from public sector psychology services and research, including published work and conference presentations. She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Dublin Business School. She is also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, having completed the renowned two-year training program by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, accredited by the Awareness Training Institute, Sounds True, and UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Centre.
Suzanne combines her psychological expertise and mindfulness training with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. Her work supports individuals in living calmer, more fulfilling lives.
With compassion in her heart and respect at the core of her work, Suzanne meets each person, group, or organisation as they are — unique, worthy, and whole. She weaves together personalised wellbeing services that gently support your path, guided by care, confidentiality, and deep understanding.
