Suzanne offers 1-hour, confidential one-to-one counselling/psychotherapy sessions online via Zoom, designed to fit around the demands of busy lives. One-to-one sessions provide supportive, focused time to work through challenges such as ongoing stress, anxiety, low mood, confidence or self-doubt, boundary-setting, or burnout. Suzanne’s approach is warm, practical and collaborative, drawing on many evidence-based psychology frameworks Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT), Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT) Mindfulness Meditation, Compassion-based practices and reflective counselling techniques. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, offering space to gain perspective, strengthen resilience and move forward with greater clarity, balance and confidence, both personally and professionally.
Tranquility Wellbeing provides private and confidential one-to-one counselling/psychotherapy sessions and mindfulness meditation courses via zoom, a secure and encrypted platform from the privacy, comfort and convenience of your own home or office. These sessions are also a great way to expand on previous wellbeing / leadership workshops or retreats you've attended with Suzanne, giving you an opportunity to explore in a more in-depth and individually focused way.
