
Tranquility Wellbeing is a psychology-led wellbeing service based in Celbridge, County Kildare and nationwide that supports and empowers busy individuals, organisations / workplaces through the pressures, transitions and emotional ups and downs that are part of modern life. The services provided for individuals focus on overcoming stress, anxiety, low mood, confidence, self-esteem, assertive issues, helping clients build resilience, clarity and a stronger sense of wellbeing, both personally and professionally.
Founded by Suzanne Hughes (M.Ps.S.I., M.Sc., BA Hons), Tranquility Wellbeing brings together evidence-based psychology and mindfulness in a way that is practical, grounded and compassionate. Suzanne is a psychologist and certified mindfulness teacher with a strong background in public sector psychology services and research, including published articles and presenting at conference. She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Dublin Business School. She is also a certified mindfulness teacher, having completed Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, certified by the Awareness Training Institute and Greater Good Science Center, at University of California, Berkeley.
Suzanne specialises in supporting busy professionals, business owners and leaders who want to navigate pressure with greater calm, focus and confidence, sustaining wellbeing alongside success. Through online one-to-one sessions, mindfulness meditation courses, bespoke workplace wellbeing / leadership workshops and retreats, she supports individuals and organisations perform at their best, leading and living with ease, with a clear ethos of Less Striving, More Thriving!
